Nak diet konon

Semalam, kononnya aku nak berdiet lah
Sebab berat badan dah semakin naik mencanak-canak
Kalau follower yang naik mencanak, tak per la jugak kan

Aku memang plan tak nak ambik apa2 pil atau ubat kurus
Biarlah berdiet secara natural, kurangkan carbohydrate,
lebihkan protein, sayuran dan air masak
Lagi satu, tak payah makan malam (ni yg paling payah)

Baru satu hari tak makan nasik dan tak makan malam,
Kepala pun dah biol camni












Baru nak tido, dah teringat nasi goreng kampung
Pastu siap plan, esok nak gie beli nasi beriani
Hak hak hak, diet mende macam nie
Tu belum pasal mimpi melantak macaron lagi

Hmmm, nampak gayanya, berangan jer la nak dapatken berat 45kg balik

warghhh nak diet memang kerja paling giler..nafsu makan membuak2.. aku pernah naik berat dr 45 smp 54.. nak turunkan pergh payah tu sebulan baru dapat 50kg penurunan. Ketabahan memang kena kentalla.. tp berat badan jd tak ideal lak.. ada org kata aku nampak kurus sgt..so dh turun aku naikkan balik.kekekeke
